Mysterious Beep

So here we were, sitting in the living hearing a random beeping sound. We get up and begin following the sound but can't quite figure it out where it is coming from...a cell phone, Dad's hearing aids, the dishwasher, the oven timer? No, not any of those. Can you figure out what it might be? We did! I will post later the answer.
