Welp, May has come and gone. For my side of the family, it was the end of many pregnancies and a wedding, but the beginning of something great. Starting in November 2010 all the way to May 2011, my side of the family has been greatly expanded. It now includes two new baby boys, two new baby girls and a new brother in law. We all traveled down to Kentucky mid-May to take part in my sister's wedding. It was a simple, outdoor ceremony.
For our family we made it a small vacation. We rented a hotel room for a couple of nights. Unfortunately the hotel had an outdoor pool which was not open in May. Fortunately it was cooler and rainy so it wouldn't have been as much fun. My younger sister was able to come from Maryland for the week. She hasn't been to Indiana for over a year and a half, which is a long time for our family. It was nice to be together with everyone. The kids really enjoy getting together with all the cousins. All in all it was a busy time, but a fun one!
